I'm a licensed therapist committed to walking with women as they sift through current challenges and past wounds and develop new tools for navigating all aspects of being human.
I use an eclectic approach that includes brain-based science, well-researched therapeutic techniques, somatic interventions, inner child work, body awareness, and a deep commitment to compassionate listening and non-judgment.
In my free time, I write nonfiction, read books of all kinds, and wander through the Ouachitas with my family.
I am an out of network provider who accepts payment via cash, credit or debit card, HSA, or FSA.
